Since then, thousands of young people have benefited from the opportunities to make music through individual lessons, ensembles and musicianship classes. From three-year-olds through to university and conservatoire entrance, our aim is to encourage a lifelong passion for music and to give our students the opportunities to develop to their maximum potential.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Our students perform in some of London&rsquo;s most prestigious concert venues including the St Luke&rsquo;s, Blackheath Halls, Woolwich Works and the Southbank Centre, and participates in collaborative projects with professional music ensembles and other art forms. At the leading edge of dance, music and musical theatre training, it provides specialist education of the highest quality, which reflects the increasingly collaborative world of artistic practice. The Musical Theatre Artform seeks to appoint a suitably qualified candidate to an hourly paid, part-time permanent teaching position with effect from 2 September 2026.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Teacher of Singing (1-2-1): Musical Theatre&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Candidates will be nationally recognised and highly respected teachers/performers, usually with a distinguished record in teaching and/or delivering masterclasses within the conservatoire sector or higher education sector more widely. Applicants should be equipped to teach students studying within the musical theatre artform, understanding the full breadth of techniques, repertoire and styles required to meet current industry expectations and standards.
