Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance is one of the world’s leading conservatoires, renowned for its forward focus and innovative programmes. We don’t just train our graduates for a career in music or dance – we inspire them to define the future of their art forms, could you help them?

Based across two sites - the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich (a World Heritage Site) and the nearby award-winning Laban Building – we train over 1,000 gifted musicians and dance artists from over 60 countries world-wide. Our wider community includes many thousands of alumni around the world, the 12,000 people each year who engage with our world-famous learning and participation programme, and an audience of over 70,000 each year who attend our diverse range of performances in music and contemporary dance.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Development to enhance major giving and to lead a successful and high-performing development team, building sustainable fundraising across the institution.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to make a transformational change to philanthropy at Trinity Laban. You will have the gravitas and influence to build trust and respect across the conservatoire, and to work with high level volunteers and leading figures in the music and dance world.

Your extensive fundraising experience will include a strong track record in raising major gifts, leadership of successful fundraising teams, and the ability to develop attractive and targeted communications to donors and the wider supporter community. You will be confident, highly focused on achieving income growth, and enjoy being a major contributor to the success of a vibrant and international artistic community.

As an equal opportunities employer we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
